Personally, I haven't seen Chilly Willy in roughly a year but I might not be looking in the right cracks and crevasses. This was before or after some woman stole his guitar and he got real pissed. Typically you can find him around 9 in the morning passed out infront of some store on East Blvd. He has been known to sit outside Caribou Coffee and enjoy a cup of coffee with a plethora of businessmen. Disappearing at random due to drugs, alcohol, jail, etc. I haven't heard from Chilly Willy in ages.
it gets pretty intense about 5 minutes in.
